Asap Administradores is a company exclusively dedicated to the administration of community of owners. All of us focus our efforts to update and monitor the communities we administrate.
We are a group of people with extensive experience and well prepared both academically and professionally for such activity. Among our staff there are two lawyers for any type of legal advice related to the communities, that you may need.

We carry out regular inspections to the communities, and produce a report enclosing pictures as to inform the President about the most significant occurrences and suggesting appropriate corrective measure. These inspections give us the opportunity to have a direct contact with Communal problems as well as to monitor the services of the rest of providers.
We try to keep in contact with the President or Vice President, and check every month the resolutions adopted at the General meetings in order to know the degree of compliance of such resolutions.
ASAP Administradores produce two accounts reports per year:
• A midyear financial report
• The final financial report for the AGM.
We produce all type of reports you may need. The most common ones are:
• Summarized report of income and expenditure, including the initial and final balance.
• Expenditure report in detail by budgeted items.
Our main target is to be transparent with the provided information in order you are always up to date in Community affairs.
